This petition has been filed for extension of time to execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vellore District as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6718 of 2024 vide order dated 17.04.2024 in Cr.No.124 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to execute the sureties within time since he is working at Jammu and Kashmir, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
