ORDER
The petitioner, Tmt.Santhi Selvakumar, W/o.P.V.Selvakumar,has come to this Court seeking a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 herein from allowing the 4th respondent to conduct the District Panchayat Ward-I Tiruttani, Thiruvallur District Election in the year of 2016 and direct them to reject the
4th respondent nomination form in District Panchayat Ward-I, Tituttani, Thiruvallur District election in the year of 2016, pursuant to the petitione'sr representation dated 13.08.2016. She has also filed W.M.P.Nos.32712 and 32713 of 2016, i.e., W.M.P.No.32712 of 2016 has been filed praying to implead the proposed respondents/The Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruttani Revenue Division, Tiruvallur District and State Level Scrutiny Committee, represented by its Chairman and Secretary to Government, Adidravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009, as respondents 5 and 6; W.M.P.No.32713 of 2016 has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the State Level Scrutiny Committee, Rep. by its Chairman and Secretary to Government, Adidravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009 to dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.504/2015/A1 dated 03.02.2016 submitted by the fifth respondent.

When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has not given any representation to the above said State Level Scrutiny Committee to consider the proceedings dated 03.02.2016.. As the petitioner has not filed any representation to the State Level Scrutiny Committee in respect of proceedings, dated 03.02.2016 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruttani Revenue Division, Tiruvallur District, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also make an endorsement to that effect.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to make a representation to the State Level Scrutiny Committee, Represented by its Chairman and Secretary to Government, Adidravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
