ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.150 of 2017 dated 05.05.2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent and transfer the same to the 2nd respondent and direct to investigate the case and file a final report.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the 3rd respondent conducted the enquiry and closed the complaint as "mistake of fact" and the charge sheet is also served to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner/defacto complainant with regard to the complaint registered in Crime No.150 of 2017 under Section 174 of C.R.P.C.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
