JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr. L.Jai Venkatesh, learned counsel for the appellants; and Mr. L.Mouli, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Learned Counsel for the respondent/writ petitioner submits that the respondent would pay the amount of Rs. 3,05,091/- (Rupees three lakhs five thousand ninety one only) as demanded by the appellants for restoration of electricity. The respondent may be given liberty to sue her vendor.

3. As the respondent/ original writ petitioner is ready to pay the said amount to the appellants, the appellants on receipt of the same may give the electricity connection, after compliance of all necessary procedural part.

4. The respondent/original writ petitioner may take steps as against the vendor as may be permissible under law.

5. In view of the above, the writ appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Connected C.M.P. Nos.492 & 496 of 2022 and 1275 of 2023 are closed.
