The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the III Additional District Judge, Vridhachalam, Cuddalore, to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.202 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner merely seeks expeditious disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.202 of 2024, which is an injunction application, pending the suit for specific performance. 4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the revision, notice tot he respondent is dispensed with.

5.It is seen that the said interlocutory application was pending for more than 1 1⁄2 year. In view of the above, I am inclined to entertain the civil revision petition.

6.Accordingly, the III Additional District Judge, Vridhachalam, Cuddalore, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.202 of 2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

7.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
