Mr.N.Naveenkumar, the Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order passed by the respondent vide order in Ref.No.2378/2025/B1, dated 05.04.2025, consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has challenged the suspension order dated 05.04.2025, he restricts his prayer to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2025.

4. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that they will consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.

5. In view of the above submission, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to 2/4

consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2025, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 28.07.2025 kv Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order To The Sub Collector, Gobichettipalayam.
