This application has been filed by the applicant to extend the time for completion of arbitration proceedings by a period of twelve months.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to extend the time.

3. However, considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a further period of nine (9) months from today. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period of nine (9) months and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator.
