ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan, J) The petitioner has challenged the order of rejection of the ordinary leave sought for by the detenu/petitioner and the impugned order is based on the report received from the Probationary Officer and the reason for asking the ordinary leave, was not satisfactory based on the report of the Probationary Officer, and therefore, this Court does not find any perversity in passing the impugned order by the first respondent/Prison Authority. This Writ Petition is therefore dismissed.
