This petition has been filed to amend the Crime Number as 144 of 2021 instead of Crime No.144 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 19925 of 2022 dated 24.08.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.19925 of 2022, dated 24.08.2022 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
