This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in para no.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.21328 of 2022 on 09.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, this Court directed the petitioners to deposit original title deeds pertaining to the immovable property not less than the worth of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only), belonging to the petitioners or their relatives or their friends before the concerned Court. However, he is unable to mobilize the funds to deposit the amount within the stipulated time. Hence, the modification petition has been filed by the petitioners.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it reveals that the petitioners shall deposit original title deeds to the immovable property not less than the worth of Rs.10 lakhs and he was released on bail. Now, the petitioners has failed to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21328 of 2022 dated 09.09.2022, which is unjustifiable one. Hence this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
