This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police except on the Court hearing dates on every alternate days at 10:30 a.m., until further order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16160 of 2024, dated 10.07.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side and taking into consideration of the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
