ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking relief to set aside the order dated 03.07.2019 passed in Proceedings No.7026/2018/c1 by the Appellate Tribunal, Coimbatore, thereby directing the petitioner to maintain the first respondent.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Sriram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Saravan Sowmiyan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 are present. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein is agreed to follow the direction given by the Appellate Tribunal, Coimbatore, in the order dated 03.07.2019 passed in Proceedings No.7026/2018/c1 and ready to provide necessary amenities to the first respondent. After making the said submission, he wanted to withdraw this petition.

Hence in view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
