CMP No.20940 of 2024 in CMA No.1755 of 2022 S.SOUNTHAR, J.

This petition has been filed to implead the minor son of the petitioner/ claimant as a party in the appeal.

It is stated by the petitioner that at the time of filing claim petition before the Tribunal, her son was not impleaded as party by inadvertently.

The legal heriship certificate filed along with the petition would indicate that the deceased Kumar died on 01.07.2014 leaving behind the petitioner herein and his minor son Srihari, namely proposed party.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to implead the second petitioner herein as second appellant in the appeal.
