ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) A direction for expeditious disposal of the second appeal pending before the Tamil Nadu Information Commission has been filed.

2. According to the petitioner appearing in person, the appeal was filed on 17.07.2025. In that view of the matter, no specific time bound direction can be issued at this stage because it cannot be said that appeal has remained pending since long. The Commission shall do well to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible.
