ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings dated 12.11.2024 of first respondent, whereby no objection certificate dated 30.10.2017, which was granted second respondent permitting petitioner to handle explosives has been revoked.
2. At the outset, a preliminary objection was raised by learned State Counsel for respondents that there is a statutory appeal remedy and writ court ought not to entertain the present writ petition bypassing the statutory remedy.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner would only request that they may be granted liberty to file an appeal.
4. In view thereof, this court is inclined to permit petitioner to file an appeal, within a period of one week from today. In case, any such appeal is filed, the same shall be admitted and entertained, without reference to limitation, if it is otherwise in order.
5. According, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
