a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in P.G.No.34 of 2021 dated 07.09.2021 and confirmed by the second respondent by appeal order dated 22.06.2022 in P.G.A.No.59 of 2021 and quash the same, and consequentially, issue direction directing the third respondent to pay the gratuity as per the petitioner application dated 06.10.2020.

O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 07.09.2021 passed by the first respondent in P.G.No.34 of 2021 which was confirmed by the second respondent vide order dated 22.06.2022 in P.G.A.No.59 of 2021 and for a consequential direction to the third respondent to pay the gratuity as per the petitioner's application dated 06.10.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for 2/5

the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of this Writ petition, the matter was amicably settled in between the parties and a Memorandum of Comprehensive Settlement Agreement dated 17.02.2025 has also been filed to that effect before this Court today.

3. Recording the above said Memorandum of Comprehensive Settlement Agreement dated 17.02.2025 filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stand disposed of. The said Memorandum of Comprehensive Settlement Agreement dated 17.02.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
