Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records in Detention order in No.C.M.P.No.24/GOONDA/C2/2022 dated 06.09.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent and set aside the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the body of the petitioner/detenue Arul Mani S/o. Arivazhagan, aged 32 years now confined in Central Prison at Salem before this Court and set him at liberty.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
4. Recording the above said submission, captioned Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of as closed.
