O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the 3rd respondent, the District Manager (TASMAC) Kancheepuram (South) District culminating in Na.Ka.No.666/A1/2024 dated 16.04.2025 and quash the same and pass appropriate orders by the 2nd and 3rd respondents to drop all further actions in pursuance of the suspension order dated 16.04.2025 and reinstate the petitioner into service as supervisor in TASMAC Shop No.4303, Chengalpet Town.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that for no fault on the part of the petitioner, he was suspended from service on the ground that there is a MRP violation. It is the contention of the petitioner that on a particular day, the petitioner was on leave. Therefore, the suspension is ipso facto void. Though, the learned counsel raised such an 2/5

objection, he restrict his prayer that if the respondents dispose of the proceedings pending against the petitioner within a reasonable time, the same would satisfy the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in respect of the petitioner's suspension order dated 16.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
