The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows: "to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to communicate the information regarding the full and final repayment of the loan availed by the Petitioner from the third respondent in loan account No.1215773004737 to the fourth respondent so as to enable the fourth respondent to accurately update the credit information report of the petitioner."
2. Mr.Raghunathan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/ Canara Bank has produced the print out from the website of CIBIL which discloses that the Bank had in fact reported settlement of the loan Account No.1215773004737 and the same has been shown as settled and closed on 30.11.2016.
3. In view of the same, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
