ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2022 for reimbursement of the insurance claim amount of Rs.76,720/- to the petitioner and Rs.1,52,409/- to petitioner's wife namely K.Athayammal as per the communications dated 21.04.2022 sent by the 1st respondent herein within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent, the learned counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 is directed to consider the representation dated 11.08.2022 made by the petitioner for reimbursement of the insurance claim amount and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order.
