ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 12.05.2023 to demarcate the petitioner's property. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2023 will be disposed of by the third respondent within a period of 8 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
