ORDER

In light of the short nature of the prayer in writ petition itself and there being no objection to grant of prayer sought for, writ petition is itself taken up for out of turn hearing today and listed 1/4

under a special list.

The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the sole respondent, the Tahsildar, Tirupattur Taluk, to issue relationship certificate / family tree certificate to the petitioner based on his representation dated 09.06.2022.

Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader accedes to the receipt of the representation by the Tahsildar and would have no objection to disposing the same, in accordance with law.

Hence, mandamus is issued to the sole respondent, to hear the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, he may think necessary in view of the circumstances of the case to ascertain the proper factual matrix in the matter and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2022, in accordance with law and all applicable regulations, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
