Today, the matter was listed under the caption " For Reporting Compliance".

2. It is seen that, this Court by an order dated 21282 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- into the credit of Crime No.204 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, failing which the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand cancelled.

3. Today, it is reported that, so far no amount has been deposited by the petitioner. Therefore, this Court cancels the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21282 of 2025 datd 12.09.2025. The respondent police is at liberty to arrest the petitioner. 04.11.2025 sma To 2/4
