The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor, Grade-II for the year 2011-2012.

2. Today, when these matter were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition in W.P. No. 5037 of 2017.
