(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.) The Tribunal awarded compensation to the appellants. Respondents were directed to pay a sum of Rs.20,56,250/-. The appellants are yet to receive the amount. In the meantime, the appellants have filed this appeal challenging the quantum awarded by the Tribunal.

2. The present application is to dispense with the payment of a sum of Rs.27,313/- being the Court fee payable after adjusting a sum of Rs.1,500/-.

3. This petition is allowed, subject to the condition that on deposit of the award amount by the concerned respondents, the petitioner shall deposit the Court fee before the Registry.

4. This miscellaneous petition is allowed subject to the above conditions.
