The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.3871/2015, dated 24.11.2015 on the file of the fourth respondent herein to CBCID or any other independent agency so as to have a fair and impartial investigation of the case in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case, already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, in C.C.No.317 of 2016.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is directed to take alternative remedy in accordance with law.
