This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the petition to restore W.P.No.31373 of 2014, which was dismissed for default on 26.07.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the opinion that this petition has to be allowed on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Madras High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. On payment of cost, the Restoration Application may be numbered.
