(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we direct that the representation of the petitioner dated 17.09.2016 be disposed of by the respondents/authorities within one month of the receipt of the order, especially keeping in mind the observations made in paragraph-6 of our order dated 03.09.2015 in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.18677 of 2014 and batch - there cannot be an absolute license for the bunk shops to do as they please.

2. We may notice that the non setting up of the vending committee is causing havoc, but there seems to be inaction on the part of the authorities.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
