PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent order dated 04.02.2017 in Rc.No.2540/ m1/2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to provide increment from 01.07.2010 as usual and pass such further orders.

ORDER

During the course of the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the respondents paid the increment and other eligible monetary benefits to the petitioner and therefore, sought to close this Writ Petition.
