ORDER

The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.9 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent/Police and quash the same as illegal and incompetent.

2. The investigation is already over and charge-sheet/final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Erode on 14.07.2025 in LTN20230001026C202500021. In view of the same, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and hence, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

3. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law, if they are so aggrieved by the final report filed by the first respondent-Police.
