This petition has been filed to quash the complaint dated 24.05.2017 lodged by the 2nd respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue involved in this petition is a matrimonial dispute and the same was resolved between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that after receipt of the complaint dated 25.4.2017, C.S.R.No.314 of 2017 has been assigned. He further submitted that on completion of the enquiry, the complaint was closed on 17.10.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
