O R D E R

The Petitioner, who is a resident of Chennai, has come up with this Petition, seeking transfer of the divorce proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.21 of 2018 from the file of the Sub Court, Thiruthani to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side agreed that, the matter may be transferred to the Sub Court, Tambaram, so that, the matter can be given a quietus to.

In the result, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.21 of 2018 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Thirutani and is transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Tambaram, for trial.

4. The Sub Court, Tambaram is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 45 working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.23438 of 2019 is closed.
