on partition deed No.995/2022 and rectification partition deed No.1472/2024 on the file of SRO Thirumuttam by considering the Online Application No.2024/0105/18/403288 dated 05.08.2024 submitted along with separate necessary charges by conducting surveying and demarcate the property comprised in Survey No.19/5 and 19/7 situated at Chinnathukurchi Village, Viruthachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District.

O R D E R
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to issue a separate patta in his name and other sharers as per the partition deed dated 22.04.2022. The petitioner submitted an online application on 05.08.2024 seeking survey of the properties situated in Survey Nos.19/7 and 19/5 at Chinnathukurichi Village, Viruthachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District and issue of exclusive patta in his name and in the names of other sharers. The said application has not been considered till date. Therefore, he is before this Court. 2/5
2. The learned Government Advocate, who is taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the online application of the petitioner for survey and issue of patta will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court.
3.In view of the said position, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 05.08.2024 in Online Application No.2024/0105/18/403288 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing necessary notice to the interested parties.
