ORDER

The petition to file quash a complaint registered on 09.05.2013 in crime No.537 of 2013 by the respondent police for the offence under Section 366 (A) IPC.

2.The petitioner is the victim and her father, who is the second respondent in this petition, has given a complaint that his daughter (petitioner herein) had eloped with Sasidharan, who is the third respondent/accused. Based on his complaint, a case been registered. 3.The petitioner stating that she has married the said Sasidharan and leading her life happily with him as his wife. Therefore, there is no necessity for any investigation on the complaint given by her father. The birth certificate of two children born to her through the third respondent also been enclosed. Hence, she filed the petition to quash the crime No.537 of 2013.

4.Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and the respondent police has not so far closed the complaint, the respondent police is hereby directed to close the complaint as further action dropped. 5.In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
