to punish respondents 1 to 4 for having committed contempt by disobeying the order of this Court dated 8.3.2024 passed in W.P.No.6176 of 2024. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 15th October, 2024, respondent Nos.1 and 2 are present in Court and identified by Shri Prabakar. Both respondents have filed affidavits dated 21st October, 2024. Shri Prabakar also tendered a compilation of photographs indicating that encroachments have been removed.
2. Though petitioner is present in Court and he is saying that entire encroachment has not been removed, Shri Prabakar, on instructions, states that encroachment to the extent of blocking the pathway has been removed
and the portion not removed is not an encroachment. Statement is accepted.
