The Petitioners, who are the tenants of the TWIDCO shop nos. 20 and 21 respectively belonging to the First Respondent, have filed these Writ Petitions challenging Order in Na. Ka. No. 59/2022/A1 dated 25.07.2022 passed by the First Respondent calling upon them to vacate those shops and consequently restrain the Respondents their men, or agents or any other persons claiming under them from disturbing their peaceful possession of their respective shops. 3.
It has been brought to notice that after the filing of these Writ Petitions, the First Respondent by Order in Na. Ka. No. 59/2022/A1 dated 14.10.2022 3/5
had cancelled the impugned order and had also agreed for renewal of the lease for the shops of the Petitioners and its copy has been produced. Learned Counsel for both sides have also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

As nothing remains for further consideration, these Writ Petitions are disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 15.11.2022 kv Index: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 04.01.2023.
