The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 31 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the order dated 27.04.2023 made in C.C.No.8997 of 2010 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-III, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
