The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the only prayer made in this writ petition is that the respondent Bank should consider the objection dated 08.04.2019 filed in pursuance of the notice dated 26.03.2019 issued under Section 13

(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. He further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the matter may be referred to the Mediation Centre for settlement between the parties.

2. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the opinion that the petitioner is free to approach the respondent Bank for One Time Settlement in the matter and it is for the respondent Bank to consider the same in accordance with law. As far as the objection of the petitioner said to have been filed on 08.04.2019 is concerned, it is expected that the respondent Bank shall consider the same and take a decision.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.26379 of 2019 is closed.
