A.No.4476 of 2024 in C.S.No.222 of 2019 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 172 days in filing the leave petition to file (i)Corporation Bank Pass Book in the name of the defendant-Babulal and (ii)Bank statement from 01.04.2009 to 31.12.2018 for the account SURBHI SILK MILLS as plaintiff side exhibits Nos.A5 and A6.

2. Heard both sides.

3. After perusing the nature of the suit and also the documents, I am inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, A.No.4476 of 2024 is ordered.
