A.No.6590 of 2019 in C.S.No.115 of 2019 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., The present Application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff, praying for an order of substitute service of suit summons on the defendants 2 and 3 by way of paper publication in one issue of Kannada daily in Bangaluru.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/defendants submitted that he has no serious objection to the Application being allowed.

3.In view of the submission made by the respondents/defendants' counsel, this Court is inclined to allow the present Application. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the plaintiff is permitted to take substituted service on the defendants 2 and 3, by way of Paper Publication in one issue of widely circulated Kannada daily, both in English and Kannada, indicating the date of hearing as 26.09.2019. 4.Post the matter on 26.09.2019.
