Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 23.05.2016 sent by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent and grant the petitioner increments from the year 2003, promotions till the present date and further grant the petitioner all the consequential benefits and connected monetary benefits.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 21.05.2016 and 23.05.2016 respectively, in respect of grant of increments and promotion for the year 2003.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the false case was registered against the writ petitioner and the case is still in the stage of F.I.R. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Meanwhile, a compromise was entered into between the parties. Therefore, the respondents have to consider the case of the writ petitioner for grant of increments, which is denied for the past more than one decade.

Without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 21.05.2016 and 23.05.2016 respectively, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
