VELMURUGAN, J This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 67 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition as against the order passed in CMP.No.671 of 2021, dated 08.02.0222 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalikundram. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

Though the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in support of the statement made in the affidavit not satisfied the Court, in order to give an opportunity, this Court is inclined to the condone the delay of 67 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition.
