Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioner to receive an amount of Rs.6,28,988/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Twenty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Eight Only) from the bank account of the Hon'ble Tribunal to the Petitioner Bank account, bearing account number 319001001882301, City Union Bank Limited, Karapakkam Branch, IFSC Code CIUB0000319, MICR 600054051 (in CMP.NO.21402 OF 2021).

Order: This miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUN SHABARI.K.R., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.DHIRAVIYANATHAN, Advocate on behalf of the 3rd Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Insurance Company has not come up by way of an appeal and it is only the claimant who is before this Court seeking enhancement and the Insurance Company has no objection to this petition being ordered.
