PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 3rd Respondents to provide the Police Protection to the petitioner's property during the 4th to 6th Respondents enforcing the action of removing the Landgrabbers and pass orders within a time frame limit.

ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st to 3rd Respondents to provide the Police Protection to the petitioner's property during the 4th to 6th Respondents enforcing the action of removing the Landgrabbers and pass orders within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Without going into the merits of the case, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2019, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
