The present Criminal Original petitions have been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to prefer Appeals before this Court against the orders of acquittal passed in CC.No.4726 of 2011 & CC.No.112 of 2012 both dated 27.04.2023 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, FTCIII, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions stand allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeals.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
