ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 26.07.2024, thereby seeking to deseal the shop No. N15-N197-28018.

2. On instructions, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is in arrears of rent of Rs.4,25,800/- as on 27.06.2022.

3. The petitioner undertakes to pay the entire arrears of rent, without fail. On the petitioner paying the entire arrears of rent without fail, the respondents are directed to consider the request made by the petitioner in his representation dated 26.07.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
