ORDER

The relief sought for in the present Writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to initiate and complete the enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.08.2016, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader has brought to the knowledge of this Court that a very same petitioner namely P. Kandasamy has specifically filed an another Writ petition in W.P. No.18731 of 2019 and this Court considered the issues and passed an order dated 12.02.2020. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in the present Writ petition, was unaware of the said order passed by this Court.

3. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the presence of the

petitioner, has made a submission that the petitioner would withdraw the petition. The petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner have made endorsements to this effect.

4. Accordingly, this Writ petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
