When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for applicant and the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee submitted that the applicant had entered into a compromise with the respondent/learned Administrator General and Official Trustee agreeing to pay a monthly rent of Rs.54,000/- + GST from 01.03.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the applicant may be permitted to pay the enhanced monthly rent of Rs. 54000 + GST for three years commencing from 01.03.2022.

3. The learned Administrator General and Official Trustee has no objection for accepting the prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee, the application is disposed of by directing the applicant/tenant to pay the monthly rent of Rs. 54,000/- + GST for a period of three years commencing from 01.03.2022.
