Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the boundary of the agricultural property comprised in the survey numbers 239/8B, admeasuring an extent of 10.5 Ares situated at Sirunesalur, Pillur Road, Veppur, Cuddalore District respectively within the territorial jurisdiction of State of Tamil Nadu.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the agricultural land situated in S.No.239/8B, with an extent of 10.5 ares at Siruneesalur, Pillur Road, Veppur, Cuddalore District.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions submitted that the first respondent fixed 07.09.2024 as the date for survey of the above mentioned land. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to complete the survey of the land and pass final orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. 05.09.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order 2/4
