C.M.P.No.20012 of 2024 in C.R.P.SR.No.112072 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA , J.

This petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to file the civil revision petition against the order passed in E.P.No.188 of 2020 in A.O.P.No.88 of 2014 dated 29.02.2024 on the file of the Ist Additional Sub Court, Salem.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is neither a subscriber nor a guarantor to the loan, whereas, due to mistaken identity between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, the petitioner's salary is being attached. Therefore, the petitioner seeks leave to file the revision petition against the judgment and decree passed in E.P.No.188 of 2020 in A.O.P.No.88 of 2014 dated 29.02.2024.

3. In view of the above, the revision petitioner has made out a prima facie case. Therefore, leave is granted.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
